The Solution
After years of using 3DOF simulators, the customer sought a solution that could deliver true-to-life realism and precision. Extensive research led them to Motion Systems’ 6DOF platform for its adjustability, power, and precision.
From the moment the platform arrived, the attention to detail and build quality exceeded expectations. The high payload capacity and use of motorsport-grade components ensured a driving experience that felt incredibly immersive and accurate.
One of the biggest concerns was aftersales support, given the distance between New Zealand and Poland. However, after several years of operating the QS platform, the customer describes Motion Systems support as exceptional - one of the best they have ever experienced: trouble-free hardware so far, prompt responses, and a solution to every challenge.
