TS-10 truck driving simulator

CARGO GROUP is one of the largest training companies in Poland. Cargo started its activity in 1992 with the implementation of driving license courses and transport training. In the following years, the company expanded its activities to vocational training and the implementation of projects financed by the European Union. At the moment, the Cargo Group has modern infrastructure used to train professional drivers, including two TS-10 truck simulators built on PS-6TM-1500 6DOF platforms in stationary version and three mobile trucks with the simulation system inside the trailer.

Progressive and Immersive

TS-10 Simulation Training System for Truck and Bus Drivers covers the complete learning path - from first lessons behind the wheel to advanced driving training in fast-changing road and weather conditions, all in one immersive environment. The truck simulator includes: a 6DOF motion platform PS-6TM-1500 with payload up to 1500 kg, a fully equipped original Mercedes truck cabin, a multifunctional instructor station and professional training software.

Original Truck Cabin

In Cargo Group, the drivers are trained inside the original Mercedes truck cabin, which is mounted on a 6DOF motion platform. Every component in the cabin is networked and behaves exactly as it does in the real truck.

Multifunctional Work Stations

TS-10 simulators were delivered with dedicated instructor stations equipped with 6 displays, allowing the instructor to control the simulated vehicle and driver in real time. View of parameters gives the instructor necessary information to validate driver performance. Equipping the instructor stand with a set of manipulators for driving allows expanding typical training with unpredictable road situations. The training is recorded, and a report containing many driving-related statistics is generated.
