A total heave stroke of over 505 mm, the longest vertical travel in the PS Linear range.

An operator replays sea state, deck pitch and runway rotation at full height, so vertical motion feels the way a real hull or airframe delivers it.

The trade-off at a shorter stroke is compressed vertical motion, so crews train against cues the real vehicle never gives.

1500 kg Gross Load for a Fully Fitted Cabin

A 1500 kg gross load holds training-intensity acceleration under a fully fitted, instrumented cabin.

Instrument racks, added stations and mission hardware all fit, so one platform covers several cabin configurations without a hardware swap.

Without that headroom, acceleration fades as the cabin grows, capping the equipment a center can ever host.

Ships in Modules Through Standard Doors

The flagship ships in modules, the heaviest about 300 kg, sized for standard doors and freight elevators.

Defense rooms, naval sites and existing rooms take delivery straight to the installation room, with no oversized access or loading dock needed to get the platform in.

Worth knowing: a single-piece platform of this size needs a crane path just to reach the room; the modules clear a standard doorway, and a crane or hoist handles the lifting during on-site assembly.

  • PS-6TL-1500
    The highest-gross-moving-load ball-screw hexapod (1500 kg gross moving load, 1350 kg payload) - all six axes for the largest cockpits and cabins. The factory top frame accounts for the 150 kg difference; removing it and bolting the cabin floor directly to the mounting points frees the full 1500 kg - validated during scoping.
  • PS-SB400 Cabinet
    Power and control - AC/DC protection and controller, on a 400V three-phase supply.
  • PS-SBR Remote + E-Stop
    The PS-SBR remote (E-STOP, KNEEL, POWER LOCK) and PS-SBEC stop button - the hardware safety chain to park or stop motion. The keyed POWER LOCK keeps arming with the operator; the 5 m PS-SBEC lead adds a stop within reach.
  • Electromagnetic Brakes
    One safety brake per actuator - engages on power loss and holds the load. A fail-safe, standard here.
  • Cable Set
    Mains, USB to the host PC, and the PS-SBR remote and EMCY safety leads - wired together as delivered.

How It Works.

TL · Linear Hexapod

Six electric ball-screw actuators stand in a Stewart hexapod between the base feet and the upper frame. In each leg a servo motor drives a recirculating ball screw through a timing belt, turning that rotation into smooth linear travel. The actuators sit on upper and lower cardan joints, and coordinated extension and retraction of the six legs forms all six axes, including a wide yaw envelope for turn-and-sideslip heading.

That geometry carries the load through all six axes within a compact footprint. The platform can ship in modules for through-doorway assembly, and each actuator's motor encoder reports its extension, so it calibrates on start-up and repeats every run the same way.

On E-STOP or power loss, electromagnetic brakes engage and hold the platform rather than letting it coast down, giving the operator a controlled stop.

Yes, on three levels. The catalog spans payload classes from compact cockpits to full-cabin builds, so most projects start with the right standard model and a payload reserve. For oversized cockpits and cabins, the motion envelope and dynamics are then matched to the load - in software on every platform, and with adjustable hardware travel limiters on selected higher-payload models. Where the catalog does not fit, a bespoke build scopes payload, envelope and travel. Share the intended payload, its mass and the motion requirements and the team will confirm the right configuration.

Yes. The number in the model name is the gross moving load, and the payload figure applies with the factory top frame fitted. An integrator can instead bolt the cockpit or cabin floor directly to the mounting points, reproducing the frame positions exactly per the Product Manual - the full gross moving load then becomes available. The team validates the setup during scoping.

Delivery includes installation guidance that specifies the mounting points and the power and electrical setup per model; site preparation, floor requirements and platform anchoring are the integrator's responsibility. Every platform ships factory-tested and arrives ready for integration into the simulator build.

Professional Series platforms are built to order, typically in 6-10 weeks from payment, with the exact schedule confirmed at quote. With the optional Hardware Imitator M10, software integration runs in parallel with production, so go-live is not gated by delivery.
