LG OLED X Forza Horizon 5 Unleashed

Imagination, an Experience Design Company headquartered in London, teamed up with LG to create LG OLED X Forza Horizon 5 Unleashed. Imagination and LG delivered a secret test-drive gaming experience to celebrate the launch of the racing video game Forza Horizon 5.

The Dreaming Setup

Over two days on November 6-7 at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey Hills, UK, the LG OLED-powered event gave VIP guests several Forza Horizon 5 driving challenges, sampling different cars, driving modes, and environments set in Mexico. Famous visitors played Forza Horizon 5, ahead of the game’s world launch.

GT Zone

4 x racing simulators built on QS-220 motion platforms in 3DOF configuration

The DD wheel base with the GT steering wheel, pedals and shifters, professionally approved bucket seat with 4-point seatbelts, top-class Roccat Elo 7.1 USB gaming headphones, and a 55" screen.

The “dreaming setup” consisted of professional-grade motion platforms based on linear actuators, top class LG OLED screens, and sim racing add-ons and accessories. The simulator reacted to the game in real time, which made the whole race even more realistic. The entire experience was housed in a superb mirrored cube, which gave the event an extraordinary, futuristic character.
